pharmaceutical. Cosmetic, fine chemical
products, especially the material having high matrix viscosity and
solid content. Such as
cosmetic, cream, ointment, detergent, salad, sauce,lotion, shampoo,
toothpaste and so on
Vacuum Planetary Mixer Touch screen control
Adopting German SiemensS7-200 series.
Touch screen adopts Siemens Company Model:TP700
On the touch screen, it is possible to adjust and vision mixing
speed, temperature of each jar, set upper limit and lower limit of
temperature, control automatic valve. It is possible to set the
time control for slow speed emulsifying mixing and control
performance of lift of hydraulic system.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Details

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
