Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer Classification and structure:
The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer has the advantages of fast mixing,

mechanical transmission.
The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is composed of a cylinder block, a
stator, a rotor, a mechanical seal, an emulsification head, a
motor, a frame and the like.
The process of emulsification compounding is the working principle
of rapid centrifugal centrifugation using emulsification head. The
material is subjected to rapid compression, stretching and
shearing, so that the material is fully and optimally mixed.
The raw materials of the cylinder are made of SUS304. The inner and
outer surfaces are treated. The joint between the stator and the
shaft is assembled by mechanical seal, which is not leaking and
reliable.
