Vacuum Mixer Machine description

This Vacuum Mixer Machine is used for cosmetic cream and lotion, The vacuum emulsifier is professionally designed according to the ointment manufacturing process of cosmetics and ointments etc. products through introducing advanced technology from abroad. The machine unit is composed of pre-treating tank, vacuum emulsifying and blending machine, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, dumping system, electric control system and work platform etc. The machine unit is featured by simple operation, stable performance, good homogenizing performance, high production efficiency, convenient cleaning, reasonable structure, small land area and high automatic degree etc.

Vacuum Mixer Machine Features:

1. Mixing oil and water phases materials in high speed to get perfect emulsion product of good quality.

2. Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped is including high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump for lifting, heating & cooling system.

3. With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.

4. Scraping unit is with moveable Teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The Teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.

2 The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilting discharge or use rotor pump for material out .

Water and oil pre-mixing tank

· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine

Vacuum system:

· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or rotor pump for material out.
