Industrial Homogenizer Equipment , also called vacuum emulsifier
machine, is a complete vacuum mixer system for the manufacture of
viscous emulsions and suspensions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical,
food and chemical industries. It’s especially suitable for making
big and continuous batches of cream and emulsions.
1 we use Panasonic or Schneider converter for speed adjustment,
keeping the machine working stably and durably. We use Siemens for
HMI and PLC, also low-voltage apparatus use Siemens
2 The tank and the pipes adopt mirror polishing or matt as per
customer requirement, which fully conforms to cGMP standards.
3 Material contact parts all use SS316L.
4 The heating method mainly includes electric or steam heating for
customer's choice.
5 Advanced PLC touch screen control is optional.
6 The emulsifying pot lid can adopt hydraulic lifting system, easy
to clean and the cleaning effect is more obvious, the emulsifying
pot can adopt tilting discharge or use rotor pump for material out
