How to Order Our Emulsifying Mixer?
1. Customers offer general design of the product. Or send us URS
and requirement.
2. Our engineer will make a professional drawing according to your
product layout.
3. After your confirmation of the drawings, inform us the material
and types you need. What product you make like cream, ointment,
lotion, syrup or fat emulsion etc.
4. We will do quote once get the confirmation of you.
5. Note: Customers can order all product samples we put or you can
also have your own idea, as we are custom-made product supplier, so
different types are available.
Product description
Low speed mixing system
The low-speed mixing system produces two independent countercurrent
flows inside the material.
1.1 One vertical fluid along the center can force material flow to
the bottom of container. Its function is to convey the material to
the bottom of homogenizing-turbine rapidly.
1.2 Another circle flow forces the material encircle the inner wall
of the mixing container to facilitate the material to make
heat-exchange during heating or cooling stage, which can prevent
the material from being damaged due to overheat or overcooling.
the speed for slow mixer is 10-40rpm, if you have other requirement
for mixer, please contact us, we will provide a suitable mixer for
you.

Vacuum Emulsifying Machine including:

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
