Product description
The emulsifier is to shear, disperse, and impact the material
through the high-speed rotation of the homogenous head connected to
the engine. This will make the material more delicate and make the
oil melt. It is widely used in cosmetics, body wash, sunscreen, and
other creams. In the food industry, sauces, juices and Ointments in
the pharmaceutical industry. The emulsifying machine is used in
petrochemical, paint, paint and ink.
This system is equipped with CIP cleaning equipment. The parts of
container, which contact the material, are made of SUS316L and
inner surface mirror polish is up to 300MESH (sanitary level). In
order to ensure stability of control part, the electric control
parts apply the products from German Siemens, the press key from
Japan FUJI company, frequency converter from panasonic Company, and
vacuum pump from zhuoxin. The unit is made completely in conformity
with GMP and is the most advanced, ideal ointment and cream
production equipment currently in China.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 0-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 0-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
Water and oil pre-mixing tank
· High shear mixer 960rpm or slow mixer 60rpm
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pipeline for material transfer to main emulsifying machine
Vacuum system:
· Water ring type vacuum pump or oil type vacuum pump
· Safety valve for protecting the Water ring type vacuum pump
After finish one batch, customer can choose positive pressure or
rotor pump for material out.
