Introduction of honey storage tank
This vacuum honey storage used to remove the foam in the honey,
remove the air in the honey, filter the honey and heat the honey to
make it stay liquid state and prolong the shelf date of the honey.
It is part of the whole line for the honey processing, which
includes the honey concentrate machine, honey storage tank, honey
mixing tank
Features of honey storage tank
1. Materials are all sanitary SUS304 stainless steel .
2. Humanized structure design and easy to operate.
3. Adopts arc for transition to ensure no dead angle of sanitary.
4. General accessories: Quick open manhole, 360 degree rotation CIP
spraying ball,
Asepsis respirator, Adjustable legs(Customized if needed),
Thermometer , Liquid level meter, Blender, Jacket, View lamp,
Sampling valve and ladder(Customized if needed)
5. Automatic temperature control device. You can set the heating
temperature, when the honey reach the setting temperature, it will
stop heating. When the temperature is lower than setting
temperature, it will start heating again.
6. Three-deck,jacketed type, retain heat after heating.
1. Adopt single layer ,double layer ,three layer insulated
jacketed.
2. All food grade hygienic stainless steel.
3. Humanized structure design and easy operate.
4. Transition area of interior wall on tank adopts arc for
transition to ensure no dead comer of sanitation.

Tank body:Structure of 3 layers: chamber, jacket, insulating layer.
Top cover:the lid can open with sealing ring.
Top lid nozzle list: material inlet, respirator, sight glass with
lamp. tank body with heating water inlet and outlet, bottom with
material outlet, 1 nos temperature sensor, wheels.
Material contact part SS316L, Non-material contactpart SS304.
